Jiangsu Haifa Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a technology enterprise integrating scientific research, design, production, and operation. It is located on Ligong North Road, Xinqiao Town, Jingjiang Park, the Yangtze River Delta Eco-green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone, a world-class city cluster. The company was restructured and established by the technical elite team of Jiangsu Ligong Group Co., Ltd. (a national medium-sized enterprise founded in 1958) and the State-owned Jingjiang Stainless Steel Pump and Valve General Plant under the Iron and Steel Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry.
The company produces chemical process pumps of the HES series (OH1~OH6) compliant with API610 standard, BB1~BB5 series multistage pumps, VS1~VS4 series barrel pumps, ultra-high temperature magnetic drive pumps, canned motor pumps, sixth-generation ultra-low carbon stainless steel high-quality molten urea pumps, urea hydrolyzer feed pumps, low-flow high-head pitot tube pumps, rotary jet pumps, forced circulation pumps, desulfurization pumps, IHF steel-lined fluoroplastic pumps, self-priming pumps, submerged pumps, and other wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy chemical pumps such as primary energy efficiency CQC-certified pumps meeting the GB 19762-2025 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Centrifugal Pumps, high-temperature asphalt pumps, and titanium tetrachloride pumps.
Our products are mainly used for conveying various corrosive media in industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, salt chemicals, military industry, steel, metallurgy, thermal power, nuclear power, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceuticals.
Cutting-Edge Equipment Strength: One domestic first 316L ultra-low carbon vacuum melting furnace, two 250kg–3000kg melting furnaces, over 10 sets of casting equipment, and over 20 sets of advanced metal cutting and processing machines.
Advanced Testing Methods: Fully automatic water pump performance testing equipment,瑞士APL3460 spectral analyzer, three-coordinate measuring machine, 3D printing, non-destructive testing, ultrasonic testing, and pre-furnace chemical analysis.
Corrosion-Resistant Materials: Hastelloy B/C series, Monel alloy, Duplex 2205, titanium alloy, stainless steel alloy series, and more.
