Jiangsu Haifa API610 chemical pump debuts at Xinjiang Mining and Coal Expo

At this exhibition, we focused on displaying the API610 OH2, BB2, and BB5 series chemical pumps, engaged in in-depth discussions with design, engineering companies, and-users regarding working conditions such as coal chemical processing, mine drainage, high-temperature media, and high boosting. Based on on-site demand for industrial pump selection in Xinjiang, I clearly sensed a shift in customer focus. In the past, people first asked about flow rate, head, and price; now, more users are concerned about whether the pump can operate continuously over the long term, the mechanical seal is, whether the materials are corrosion-resistant, and whether is convenient. Common media in Xinjiang's mining and coal chemical include coal slurry, acidic water, coal washing wastewater, high-temperature oil products, particle-laden media. Faced with these conditions, we do not simply apply model numbers based on clean water parameters; instead, we simultaneously verify density, viscosity, solid content, vapor pressure, NPSHa, and pipeline resistance to ensure the pump operates as close to the BEP (Best Efficiency Point) as possible.
